Burnout has become an all-too-common companion in our daily hustle and bustle. Juggling the challenges of the workplace or the demands of academia can often feel like walking a tightrope, casting a shadow over even the most passionate pursuits. It starts subtly, perhaps with a creeping sense of exhaustion or a growing feeling of disillusionment. Before you know it, you're trapped in the grips of burnout, struggling to muster the motivation to tackle even the simplest of tasks.
